Before filling your glass bottle: clean it with clear water, rinse well, then let it dry completely upside down. If the bottle or pump is worn, replace them.
With clean hands, cut open the refill along the dotted line and gently empty its contents into the glass bottle.
Keep the empty refill until the soap is completely used up, or keep the refill's lot number nearby.
